Our Head Band has an elastic snug cloth band for the head that is attached to a band that holds four metal rings at the head and one metal ring at the base of the shaft in which you choose either 1.25" or 1.5" inside diameter rings. The micro attaches to a metal ball ring. You choose the ball ring size. The weight and the tug at the head is awesome!
